Pricing:
All pricing on the website is GST exclusive. All custom orders and purchases require a 65% deposit with the balance and shipping due at completion of the project. Shipping costs are billed separately and are due at time of shipping. Full quotes will be provided. Please see Shipping details for more details.
Conformity to Description:
When purchasing a RELICTIUM product, the purchaser accepts that RELICTIUM products are handcrafted from natural materials. While we always strive for perfection and to conform to description – slight variations in size, finish and material performance may occur. There can be slight variations in grain, colour and texture of products that include timber, resin voids, carbon fibre, steel finishing, aluminium /anodising, Venetian plaster.
Quotations and Invoices:
Quotations are not an obligation to sell the goods specified. Invoices are valid for 14 days only. Invoices incur full expectation that payment will be made according to payment instructions on the invoice. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Invoices are valid for 14 days only. Overseas Customers:
For International orders, shipping costs will be specified to you by quotation and invoice. This will include all costs associated with shipping but will not include any duties, taxes or local fees imposed by arrival port. Please see Shipping details for additional information.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds:
Order is final once invoice payment has been made. Please be sure of your purchase, as all of our products are handmade to order. Any changes to a custom order may require additional deposit depending on degree of change. Refunds for dissatisfaction with colour, grain, texture of wood and resin because of natural variations of which RELICTIUM has no control, will not be accepted. RELICTIUM chooses the highest quality materials and subtle imperfections are evidence of the handmade. This must be accepted before the sale is processed.
